The next videos are examples of what a REAL conversation with a customer may look like! It's a great example of how natural and casual the conversation with customers will be once you have MEMORIZED the script! Memorizing is only the first step- once you've got the verbiage down then you are more easily able to listen to the customer and let the conversation flow naturally.
