First of all, Welcome to ACC! Time to get started! Your first day of training is right around the corner and we have a few things we need to get accomplished before then!

Below is a 5 step script that we use during our day. The Script is the backbone to all kitchen conversations. This will be exactly what you'll be saying to customers in store to learn about their kitchen and determine if they are a candidate for the Cabinet Makeover. Our goal is to Memorize and Master every single word! Make sure not to add or change anything as you memorize the script! Using the exact verbiage is CRUCIAL!

We paid a Neurolinguistic Programmer to help us with our script (that means that we paid a lot of money for someone to teach us the words to get exactly what we want) so there may be a few parts that seem a little awkward or unnatural but your manager will explain the psychology of the verbiage at orientation so that it all comes together & feels like a natural conversation!
